Terms & Conditions
- Reserved room is included for 1 hour in Fancy, Royal & VIP parties. Each includes room decoration, tablecloth, paper plates, utensils, and a shared party host for you and your guests.
- Fancy and VIP parties include 1 hour of playground play. Royal parties include 2 hours of playground play.
- After playtime, guests enjoy the celebration in their designated party space.
- Set-up & Clean-up provided.
- To make the most of your and your guest experience please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.
- Parties can be re-scheduled for FREE up to seven (7) seven days before the party, or deposit save for future use in store credit.
- Deposit fee -$180
- Deposit will not be refunded or put in store credit for those re-scheduling within seven (7) days of the event.
- You will be required to open a tab when you arrive for the party.
- Choose your Party Theme from the General Merchandise tab when Booking your party.
- Bring your Own Birthday Cake, Cupcakes.
- Additional food and drinks can be purchased separately.
NEW: Now you can choose any party theme you want that is not shown in our website, for $120 extra, must make your request 4 weeks in advance (Theme decoration to remain at iPlay).
FOOD SELECTION
- Only chicken nuggets with chips will be served to extra children not part of the original order.
- No Outside food or drinks are allowed due to health department regulations, please refrain from bringing outside food/drinks don’t ruin your party. Cupcakes or birthday cake are permitted.
- Please submit to parties@iplayexperience.us your food selection for birthday parties 24 hrs in advance. If we do not receive your food selection within 24 hours of the party scheduled starting time we will automatically give Chicken Nuggets.
YOUR OWN DECORATIONS:
- Outside Decorations containing Confetti, party poppers, glitter are not allowed, all other decorations should be pre-approved prior to starting the party with one our iPlay team members at 5093097509.
- Use only painters blue tape for wall attached decorations.
- iPlay placed decorations belong to iPlay Experience, please do not remove them from the Party Room, avoid extra charges (Including customized theme parties).
