Terms & Conditions
- Reserved room is for 1 hour, includes room decoration, tablecloth, paper plates, utensils and a shared party host for you and your guests.
- Enjoy free play the first hour then enjoy the party celebration in the designated party room the second hour. Royal parties enjoy another hour of free play after the celebration.
Set-up & Clean-up provided. - Parties can be re-scheduled for FREE up to seven (7) seven days before the party, or deposit save for future use in store credit.
- Deposit will not be refund it or put in store credit for those re-scheduling within seven (7) days of the event.
- For ROYAL FANCY parties during WEEKDAYS (Monday-Thursday, holidays excluded) – Parties include 1 extra hour of playtime (Gives you 1 Hr for celebration in your private room and 3 Hrs of playtime at the park).
- Deposit fee – $180.
- You will be required to open a tab when you arrive for the party.
- Table coverings, plates, cups, utensils, and napkins included.

FOOD SELECTION
- Only chicken nuggets with chips will be served to extra children not part of the original order.
- No Outside food or drinks are allowed due to health department regulations, please refrain from bringing outside food/drinks don’t ruin your party. Cupcakes or birthday cake are permitted.
YOUR OWN DECORATIONS:
- Outside Decorations containing Confetti, party poppers, glitter are not allowed, all other decorations should be pre-approved prior to starting the party with one our iPlay team members at 5093097509.
- Use only painters blue tape for wall attached decorations.
- iPlay placed decorations belong to iPlay Experience, please do not remove them from the Party Room, avoid extra charges.
