Under the parent’s supervision, all kids are allowed in our facility. Without supervision, follow the restrictions that apply for drop-in and after-school services.

Can I play with my child during our visit?

We encourage parents to play with their toddlers, within the appropriate designated play area but ask parents to refrain from using the tubes and inflatables where other children are engaged in free play. Children have the right of way!

Can adults play by themselves during a visit?

Adults by themselves without their own children are not allowed inside the structure. Children have the right of way!

How long is my child allowed to play for the general admission price?

We have no time limits on play time during the weekdays, though we retain the right to impose a time limit of two hours in cases when we hit the maximum occupancy of the building so we can give the opportunity to other families to enter. During the weekend, there is a two-hour playtime option only.

Do I have to sign a waiver for each visit?

No, Only once a year.

How do you ensure my child won't be removed from the facility without my authorization?

iPlay Experience uses top of the line technology to verify children are safe when they visit our facility. We use RFID technology to verify guardians and leaving with the correct child using card/wristband readers that compare parent ID card vs child RFID wristband, thus removing human error from the verification process.

In addition to the RFID system, our system captures a photo of the guardian and dependent together at the entrance, so in extreme cases where the RFID card is lost or wristband is damage we can still verify the correct parent-child pairing before opening the exit gate.

Is face covering required?

iPlay Experience follows the state mandates regarding business safe operations, we understand these rules are un-confortable but when restrictions are imposed by the state, any prevention measures mandated are mandatory for everyone over 2 year old (this is in line with other attractions parks like Disney Magic Kingdom and Universal), we really appreciate your cooperation in this manner.
